Refund and Return Policy

At 05 Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every purchase of our Summer Abayas, Classic Abayas, Winter Abayas, Travel Abayas, Elegant Abayas, and Jellabiyas to meet your expectations. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, alterations, or damage after delivery may not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

Customized items, altered products, final sale items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
