At 05 Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every purchase of our Summer Abayas, Classic Abayas, Winter Abayas, Travel Abayas, Elegant Abayas, and Jellabiyas to meet your expectations. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.<\/p>\n

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, alterations, or damage after delivery may not be accepted.<\/p>\n
